Slurry Seal is designed to improve and extend the life of pre-existing asphalt pavements. Provides proper skid prevention, restricts moisture, restores a uniform appearance and protects against future cracking and oxidation. 

 A mixture of polymer modified asphalt emulsion, mineral aggregate, mineral filler, water, and additives are spread on a paved surface in variable thick cross-sections,. Provides a premium wearing surface, extends the life of existing surfaces. Can often be used in a leveling treatment as well to fill in ruts or heavier damaged areas.

Weather proofs surfaces and adds skid resistance, stops raveling, seals minor cracks. It is used to cover base rock or asphalt pavement. Chip seal consists of a layer of asphalt binder with layers of embedded aggregate. Loose gravel and excess aggregate is normally swept up afterwards.

Is a blend of liquid asphalt and crumb rubber or natural rubber. Majority if not all material is pulled from recycled rubber. The product is at least 15% modified. The high viscosity and softening points improve the seal, reduce cracking and improve stone retention.

Seals in pours to prevent moisture and oxidation and renew appearance. With chip seal, fog seal can be used to seal and prevent loose aggregate issues, and provide a black uniform look.
